You have already moved through deep shifts. Names, pronouns, relationships, self-knowledge, self undersanding and deconstruction. Parts of your life feel more honest than ever.
At the same time, some areas still follow an older script:
Workdays that take more energy than they give
Relationships that repeat familiar dynamics
Habits and routines that belong to survival seasons
Decisions that swirl in your mind even with plenty of insight
There is a quiet inner message:
“Who I am and how I live feel ready to move in the same direction.”

The TinyChallenge is a way to give one part of your life a clearer shape, with support that honours your identity, your body, and your mind.
The TinyChallenge is a short, focused coaching series for LGBTIQA+ adults who want to grow through one clear area of life.
Shape one consistent ritual that helps your body and mind feel cared for
Create a environment that supports who you are now and becoming.
Build or deepen a small circle of people where you feel fully seen
Your TinyChallenge sits at the centre of our work together. Everything else arranges around it.
How TinyChallenge supports you
When you enter this work, you arrive as you are, with one meaningful focus that belongs to you.We build your TinyChallenge series around that focus. Internal clarity and emotional safety sit at the centre. External actions become an expression of that clarity, rather than a performance.
Your TinyChallenge becomes a lived process:
Internal clarity and emotional safety sit at the centre.
External action grows as an expression of that clarity, rather than a performance.

Helping queer & trans adults shape lives that feel like theirs again
There’s a big difference between knowing who you are and actually living in a way that honors it.I'm Dan (he/they), a queer and trans coach and founder of Cooee Coaching.
For a long time, my daily life, my job, my habits, felt like they belonged to someone else. I was tired of performing a life organised around old expectations. In this video, I share my journey to feeling at home in my own skin and introduce the TinyChallenge.
It’s not a massive "life overhaul" that leaves you burnt out; it's a gentle, 5-session structure designed to help queer and trans adults build a life around what feels meaningful, not just what looks acceptable. If you’re feeling that nudge to change something, let’s explore the gap between who you are and how you show up in the world.
If this connects with you lets talk
Clear focus, grounded self-understanding, and steps that build confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth.

People who spend time in this space often describe:
Steadier clarity about what they want and what matters most
A kinder, more respectful relationship with themselves and their bodies
More ease in making decisions that match their values
A stronger sense of belonging with themselves and chosen people
Growing trust in their capacity to meet new challenges and grow through them
Life continues to offer fresh edges. With clear intention, self-awareness, and practice, those edges become places of growth, courage, and choice.
By the end of your fifth session, you have:
Listened to yourself on purpose
Named what matters in this area of life
Experimented with small, aligned actions
Noticed shifts in how you feel, think, or move through this focus
We pause to honour that.
Then we look together at what feels true for you next:
You may feel complete for this chapter and carry your insights into daily life
You may sense a desire for continued support
You may feel a clear yes to a longer coaching series where we deepen this focus or gently invite new goals into the space

Every person who arrives here carries a unique mix of identity, history, culture, needs, and desires. There is no single template for a queer or trans life; there is your way of living it.
The space we share centres:
Your words for your identity and experience
Your pace with exploration and change
Your values, boundaries, and sense of what feels right
My role is to act as a clear mirror.
I listen closely and reflect your language, patterns, and insights back to you, so you can see yourself with more clarity and compassion. Sessions become a place where your inner world can speak freely, be heard, and gently organise itself in ways that make sense for your life.
My commitment in our work
You lead with what matters to you
I offer questions, reflection, and steady structure
Together we grow a life that feels more congruent, self-respecting, and aligned
This 15–20 minute call creates a gentle doorway into working together.
On this call, we:
Meet each other and share names and pronouns
Name what you would like your TinyChallenge to focus on
Walk through how the TinyChallenge series works in your current season
Sense together how this feels in your body and whether it supports where you are
If it feels like a fit for both of us, we choose your series pattern and a start week, then confirm exact times by email.

Q: Do I need a perfectly clear goal before I start?
You only need a sense of the area calling for attention. During our first conversations, we shape that into a clear TinyChallenge together.
Q: What kind of support is this?
This is coaching. We focus on your goals, values, actions, and emotional journey in the present and the future. Therapy, crisis care, and medical support live in different spaces; those supports can sit alongside coaching whenever they feel helpful.
Q: How much of my story do I share?
You choose what feels supportive to share. We move at your pace and hold plenty of respect for privacy, capacity, and energy.
